On-Site Consultant – Driving Recruitment - Harlow

c. £25,000 Basic Bonus (based on KPI’s) Benefits

Position

• On-site Consultant or Manager - Driving/Logistics
• Responsible for recruitment, payroll, and management of circa 60 temp drivers on a daily basis
• The success of running the account will be based on your skills to develop and build rapport with hiring management, job consistency, and your ability to plan and manage large numbers of temporary workers

Requirement

• Must have driving recruitment experience, ideally Account Management / On - Site recruitment experience with day-day responsibility of recruiting/managing large volume temp workforce
• You will be driven by achieving the best you possibly can
• You must value honesty, integrity & open communication
