"Mortgage Advisor - Estate Agency Financial Services: This is an exciting opportunity for Top Class Mortgage Advisors to develop their career with a market leading, established and forward thinking independent Estate Agents are now looking to expand on their existing talent of Mortgage Advisors for their Mortgage Advisory / Financial Services arm of the company and are now searching for a CeMap qualified Mortgage Advisor for the Romford area of Essex.

Mortgage Advisor - Estate Agency Financial Services: By working closely with many leading lending institutions and other product business partners, our client can offer a complete range of market leading products and services including mortgage products, re-mortgage products, life assurance, critical illness, permanent health insurance, accident, sickness & redundancy insurance and buildings & contents insurance.

Mortgage Advisor - Estate Agency Financial Services - The Job:

- Offering specialist mortgage advice in accordance with Financial Services Authority Regulation
- Presenting the most suitable mortgage solutions, including mortgages which are not available anywhere else
- Providing a complete home moving advisory service
- Supplying other financial services, including life assurance and general insurance products
- Communicating how the house move is progressing, every step of the way
- Working with a customer until they collect the keys to their new home

Mortgage Advisor - Estate Agency Financial Services - Objectives:

- To work and liaise with Estate Agency staff to maximise mortgages and other products
- Motivate Estate Agency sales team to pass on leads and make appointments with the consultant
- To ensure that all appointments are conducted inline with policy and they operate within the various regulatory guidelines
- To achieve agreed targets for initial appointments and ratio of sales per appointment
- To provide a quality service to clients
- Ensure all appointments are progressed as necessary
- To embrace technology and process changes in order to improve profitability and customer service
- To always work in compliance with all regulatory requirements

Mortgage Advisor - Estate Agency Financial Services - Remuneration:

Our clients offer an excellent basic salary of between £18,000 to £22,000 coupled with a superb commission structure + company company car. On target earnings are £45,000.
