Job Description
We are looking to recruit 2 full time RGNs to join a nursing home in Dagenham.Your role will be to assess residents care needs, to provide 1st class nursing care and to direct a team of care staff to provide high standards. You will accurately develop, review and maintain records on a daily basis, working in line with NMC guidelines and company policies you will administer prescribed medicines and audit adherence to company policies. To be considered for this post you will need to be RGN qualified with experience of working within elderly care/dementia careHave a good understanding of the Care Standards Act and accompanying National Minimum Standards Have a positive team working approach coupled with good communication skills
