As a Staff Nurse you will be expected lead, guide and supervise the junior team (clinical support staff and junior Staff Nurses). You will be allocated to mentor visiting student nurses, (main or associate mentor dependent on actual qualification) who attend for their clinical placements from Anglia Ruskin/Essex universities.
To be considered for these roles you must have at least 1 years experience in working in an acute medical environment and be NMC regsitered.
