Full Description:

Our client a top tier retail bank seeks an experience business analyst to undertake a specialist senior business analyst contract.

You will have extensive experience in the following areas:

Process mapping
Requirements Gathering
Data Analysis
Customer journey and integration.

The role itself will assist the project manager in producing full business cases for five work packages in project scope. You will focus on the development of processes and procedures for the fraud operations division. You will also be required to create an access model which maps locations/premises/departments processes and systems to determine acess profiles.

You will be well-rounded business analyst with strong experience within the retail banking sector. Experience of fraud operations will be a distinct advantage. Previous experience of credit risk process design experience would also be of interest.

This is a strategic analyst roel offering the cope and ability to develop stakeholder management and process development and improvement experience within a high profile integration programme.
