Job Description
Job title: Regional Sales Representative (covers New & Aftercare)
42 weeks per year (term-time) fulfill Sales Visits to schools in accordance with appointments made by Telemarketing, to both new and existing school customers, in accordance with Sales Strategy.
Job Summary: Sell companies product Range to Schools to achieve maximum profit per school.
Job Content: Most Frequent Duties in Order of Importance
• Visit new customers and carry out sales presentations in accordance with model
• Visit existing customers and carry out aftercare presentations in accordance with model
• Account Management of Secondary School Customers
• Generate appointments through networking during aftercare.
• Prepare literature and samples for presentation.
• Complete all relevant paperwork.
• Liaise with Head Office staff, as and when required.
Occasional Duties in Order of Importance
• Attend Action Group Meetings and any relevant training program.
• Assist Head office with sales admin where required.
• Assist production with packing / processing if required.
• Maintain and update their customer database.
Responsibility for Others: N/A

• Profit per school
• Spend per school
• Spend per pupil
Basic Salary of £19,782.61 gross, Pro Rota salary of £17,500 based on a full time worker of 40 hours per week.
7.5% commission on new business and Growth in the Primary School Sector
5% commission on new business and Growth in the Secondary School Sector
Car Allowance
Laptop and Mobile Phone
42 Working Weeks, 4 Weeks Holiday and 6 Weeks unpaid – salary divided over 12 months for consistency of payments which as above works out at 17.5k.
